Resolution: After verification, we will provide a free replacement or another suitable resolution if replacement is unavailable.

4. Incorrect Item Received

Conditions: The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Time Limit: Incorrect item claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Resolution: After verification, the correct item will be shipped.

5. Exchange Requests

Exchanges are accepted only for:

• New products
• Unused products
• Products in original packaging

Time Limit: Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping Charges:

• Gurukrupa Provision Store covers shipping charges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Customers are responsible for shipping charges in all other exchange cases.

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only when:
