1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only for new, unused products in their original packaging.
Products that are opened, used, damaged by customers, or show signs of wear are not eligible unless:
- The item is defective
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
2. Damaged Products at Delivery
Proof Required: A complete unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package before opening and the damaged product after opening.
Time Limit: Damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Important: Claims submitted without proper video proof or after 30 days will not be accepted.
3. Faulty or Defective Products
Proof Required: Clear photos or videos showing the defect along with order number or invoice copy.
Time Limit: Issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item.
Resolution: After verification, we will provide a free replacement or another suitable resolution if replacement is unavailable.
4. Incorrect Item Received
Conditions: The product must be unused and in original packaging.
Time Limit: Incorrect item claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Resolution: After verification, the correct item will be shipped.
5. Exchange Requests
Exchanges are accepted only for:
- New products
- Unused products
- Products in original packaging
Time Limit: Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping Charges:
- Gurukrupa Provision Store covers shipping charges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges in all other exchange cases.
Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only when:
- Replacement is unavailable due to stock issues, or
- A refund is approved after inspection
Inspection: Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition. Products failing inspection will not qualify for refunds.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
7. Product Never Arrived / Non-Delivery
Eligibility: If your order is lost in transit, marked as delivered but not received, or delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Proof Required:
- Order number
- Tracking details
- Delivery information
Resolution: After verification with the courier partner, we will provide either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund if replacement is unavailable
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address Provided by Customer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at the time of placing the order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- Gurukrupa Provision Store will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or packages delivered to the wrong address.
- If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers may be required to pay re-shipping charges.
- Address modification requests can only be accepted before the order is shipped.
- Refunds may not be provided for orders lost or delivered due to incorrect address information entered by the customer.
9. Return Method
All eligible returns are processed through mail/courier return.
Customers must contact Gurukrupa Provision Store via email, phone, or WhatsApp with order details and photos/videos if applicable.
Returns must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Reported within 30 days of delivery
Shipping Costs:
- Covered by Gurukrupa Provision Store for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Customer responsibility in all other cases

11. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
